First oil change on our 2018 Renagade. When it was completed and time to settle the bill I was told an amount far less than expected for a full synthetic oil change. I asked Beth what weight of oil was used. She showed me the invoice and said 15w40 conventional oil. The Renagade requires 0w20 full synthetic ONLY. Says so on the oil fill cap and in the owners manual. When I said " not good" she told me it was a mistake that she entered the the wrong weight that the techs knew what oil the vehicle used. She took the invoice back made the correction and said sorry no charge. Before the oil change we at 24.8 mpg. About a week later and about150 miles I just happened to be in the driveway when my wife came home and our new Jeep sounded horrible. I checked the oil level and it wa full but it was a dark golden color and the on board computer was showing22.4. Took it to another dealership and had them change the oil. Back to 25. 6 mpg and the engine is quite again. Used my last free oil change. I worked in the automotive service industry for more than 30 yrs and know a thing or 3. They absolutely put the wrong oil in my new jeep. I will never go back and I will tell this story to anyone who will listen.

Thank you to Jennifer Cox and team!My 2018 RAM 1500 mysteriously had a Check Engine Light (CEL) diagnostic come on about a week ago. Being as the truck was new, I didn't think much of it and waited until I had a day off to get it in to the dealer. The day before I took it in, a more serious diagnostic showed up regarding the electric throttle system, so I called in to update the technicians about the new information.Jennifer Cox and her team asked me about the CEL and the known issues, but then went an extra step and asked me if there were any other issues with the truck I was concerned about. So I reluctantly told them about the front passenger door which had the slightest of buzz noises coming from it when music was playing - barely noticeable when I bought the truck but once I pinpointed the sound it was hard NOT to hear. I told them this was not a priority and that I did not expect them to fix this issue as it wasn't mechanical and didn't affect drive-ability.So I take the truck in the next morning and when I get it back, not only had they fixed the CEL and electronic throttle issue, but there was no longer any buzz coming from the front passenger door! When I read through the technician's notes, it was clear that it took some trial and error to fix, and that it didn't happen the first try. Jennifer and her team spent extra time to correct this problem and I am super thankful to listen to my music without any buzzing noise. Totally made my drive home!Jennifer Cox and her team took the time to listen to my complaints, thoroughly addressed and fixed each of them, and kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle throughout the day. I am 100% satisfied and very thankful for their hard work. Would recommend 100%!
Fantastic experience. There were some hiccups on my end with financing and finding the car that fit my budget and Boston and Courtney were absolutely FANTASTIC in helping me figure everything out. They were so patient, so kind, helped me relax, and walked me through everything step by step and found the right fit for me.
